It was 1990 when the Shorty Bozinsky Band was founded - basically for no reason - in the tranquil Sonnenberg, near the city of Braunschweig. At the time, it was not yet clear whether the approach of "elevating sounds to art" would work. But in the years that followed, the sound artists navigated the difficult cliffs of show business from Sylt to the Harz foothills unscathed. Despite the rush from performance to performance, the fruits of their experiences were effectively reflected in their artistic efforts - borne by the enthusiasm of the fans. With a colorful program that was only occasionally geared to the spirit of the times, but stylistically coherent, they always evaded clear classification. The musical spectrum ranges from hard and soft rock, soul, pop, folk and new German wave to hits.

In addition to instrumental diversity, inventiveness and a fun audience-oriented show, the formation impresses with its dazzling exoticism and many unpaid extras.

Although a lot has changed since the band was founded, one thing has remained the same: the Bozinskys still make their music by hand - no samples, no playback. Everything is real.
